Wintery White..

So, it is surprisingly cold in Bombay, the last time I faced these temperatures here was two years back--my first supposed winter in the city. I had moved from Delhi in October 2007 and found it a big joke what the locals here considered as winter.
Anyway, I am quite the tropical person and hate the chill, so I am making use of the pleasant weather to enhance my outfits with these thin cardigans and stockings as you guys would have seen in my last few posts.

Floral Fantasies!

Hello hello!
Sorry for the 2 week long absence guys, work has been killer but I promise to at least update once a week from this week onward..you guys should keep checking the facebook page for more regular updates.

By the way, this is what I wore while going out for lunch today..the floral tube dress was picked up a while back but I haven't worn it much and today it caught my fancy..florals and stripes have really been my favourites the last one year. Everywhere I look in my wardrobe I only find these two things in every possible avatar.

Anyway hope you guys have a lazy Sunday whatever is left of it depending on which part of the world you are in!

Ahh!the rains...

It's been raining pretty much incessantly for the last few days here in Bombay. With rains it's always a mixed feeling I get--that of extreme happiness cause it's cooler and things look so much brighter and nicer but with that comes a sense of irritation what with the traffic snarls, muddy roads et al.

Although, if you're lucky enough to stay indoors, there is nothing like listening to some music, read a book right next to the window and soak in the rains..

Here is how I went out and braved the weather--I absolutely love this vintage butterfly hair clip I got from this store called Bazaar in Barcelona..makes the look so retro!!Hope you guys like it..

Here I am...

I am officially back and ready to blog:)
Here are some pictures my husband took, not readily but did nevertheless, while we we discovered new places.

I also found some great vintage stores in Barcelona and a few in Prague. I shall update all you guys with it in my posts to follow.

The big favourite on my trip was this white sling bag and the gold chain belt I got in this store called La Vella Maia, at Reira Baixa-- a street full of only vintage stores..slurp slurp!!

Guys, I know I haven't posted for almost a month now, just that I have been on holiday and before that things just kept me so so busy. I know that's not an excuse but nevermind.

Here I am taking some time out while I am on a holiday, Budapest to be precise, and posting some pictures I took while I was in Barcelona. A detailed post will follow.

Also I have so much to show you all of what I discovered in Barcelona, the amazing vintage stores, small designer shops. Will post them all when I get back home in a week. For now here are two very dressed down looks for Barca was sunny and nice, the aim was to enjoy the sun and oh so sexy weather.
