That vintage feeling!

Hey Everyone,
Had an afternoon meeting and this what I wore for it--a little formal with a vintage streak..do let me know what you guys think of it..Also, it will be nice if you guys posted your best vintage finds on our Facebook page Street Style would love some your other posts there too:)

Eclectic Colours

It finally stopped to rain today here in Bombay. Went out shopping for some home stuff curtains, grocery et al..Stepped out of the elevator and saw this huge, red truck parked inside my apartment building. Made for a perfect background on a muggy day like this...bright and red, what more could I ask for..Ran for my camera and here are the pics:)

But the best part was carrying this new bag I picked up from Prague. This is from Flamingo Park check it out, I picked a lot of stuff from there, it's so my kind of place.

Bringing in my birthday---June 9,2010

This is what I wore as my husband took me out for a lovely dinner in Prague by the riverside...but to our dismay it started to rain a few hours before we were to go out.. and that too after three consecutive hot, hot days with temperatures running up to as much as 33 degrees..but anyway, we managed to have a great time in this fancy place Hergetova Cihelna on the bank of Prague's Vltava river .

I wore my new jumpsuit I got from American Apparel, just love everything that they make..virtually live in their running shorts, very retro and 70's--everything about them..Wore this purple belt I got from Laly, a vintage store in Prague..check them out at www.laly.cz/

Basically, this bag became like my second skin till I found out that it is supposed to be kept with a lot of love and care..it's truly a vintage find, i love it!

I am officially back and ready to blog:)
Here are some pictures my husband took, not readily but did nevertheless, while we we discovered new places.

I also found some great vintage stores in Barcelona and a few in Prague. I shall update all you guys with it in my posts to follow.

The big favourite on my trip was this white sling bag and the gold chain belt I got in this store called La Vella Maia, at Reira Baixa-- a street full of only vintage stores..slurp slurp!!

Guys, I know I haven't posted for almost a month now, just that I have been on holiday and before that things just kept me so so busy. I know that's not an excuse but nevermind.

Here I am taking some time out while I am on a holiday, Budapest to be precise, and posting some pictures I took while I was in Barcelona. A detailed post will follow.

Also I have so much to show you all of what I discovered in Barcelona, the amazing vintage stores, small designer shops. Will post them all when I get back home in a week. For now here are two very dressed down looks for Barca was sunny and nice, the aim was to enjoy the sun and oh so sexy weather.
